Waldoboro Police beat: Operating after suspension, speeding
WALDOBORO — Waldoboro police responded to 129 calls for service from July 5-12. Listed below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
July 5
Kenneth Judkins, 30, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer John Lash on a warrant.
July 6
Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated a report from a citizen of an unwanted subject. Subject was found and warned on criminal trespass.
Michael McGuire, 47, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Chris Spear on a warrant.
July 7
Carlton Elliott, 27, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Hesseltine for operating after suspension and speed.
Allen Shenett, 50, of Washington, was issued a summons by Hesseltine for speed.
Steven Libby, 47, of Friendship, was issued a summons by Hesseltine for operating after suspension.
July 9
Heidi Waning, 52, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Sgt. Jamie Wilson for a violation of conditional release.
July 11
Stephen Parmley, 64, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Spear for criminal trespass.
July 12
Jeromy McPhee, 37, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Hesseltine for uninspected motor vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.
Hesseltine is investigating a report from Atlantic Labs that someone vandalized some totes and barrels.
