Diane L. Brown, 57, of Jackson, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson Sept. 20, 2011, 30 days in jail and $400 fine.

Joseph Chekovsky, 40, of Winterport, criminal mischief in Winterport Feb. 12, 2011, $300 fine; assault in Winterport Feb. 12, 2011, $300 fine.

Evan C. Drinkwater, 21, of Northport, theft by receiving stolen property in Belfast Aug. 18, 2014, $200 fine; burglary in Belfast Aug. 18, 2014, dismissed.

Thomas A. Emery, 21, of Medway, probation violation in Winterport Nov. 24, 2012, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and continued.

Jamie M. Freeman, 29, of Brooks, negotiating a worthless instrument in Freedom Oct. 10, 2013, dismissed.

Gerald D. Gustafson, 52, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 26, 2014, two years of probation and $400 fine.

Earl W. Leathers, 29, of Union, probation violation in Belfast May 1, 2012, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Danny Leigh, 37, of Washington, theft by unauthorized use of property in Liberty Oct. 30, 2013, four months in jail; criminal mischief in Liberty Oct. 30, four months in jail and $450 fine.

Jon M. Wade, 36, of Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence in Palermo Nov. 16, 2013, 30 days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; attaching false plates in Palermo Nov. 16, 2013, dismissed; criminal mischief in Palermo Nov. 16, 2013, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation; falsifying physical evidence in Palermo Nov. 16, 2013, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo Nov. 16, 2013, seven days in jail and $500 fine; violating condition of release in Palermo Nov. 16, 2013, 30 days in jail; driving to endanger in Palermo Nov. 16, 2013, dismissed.
