BELFAST — The Waldo County Grand Jury handed down 30 indictments March 17. Of the 30 indictments, a majority of the cases involve unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. An indictment does not imply guilt.

Tami Lynn M. Day, 53, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts).

Margot Hayes, 46, of Montville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and marijuana cultivation.

Randall Hayes, 57, of Montville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and marijuana cultivation.

Jeffrey S. Hodgdon, 58, of Lincolnville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Scott E. Brockelbank, 52, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts).

Linsey Brockelbank, 31, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts).

EmmyJo E. Paquette, 33, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts), and unlawful possession of scheduled drug.

Kenneth Fay, 59, of Stockton Springs, operating after revocation.

Peter M. Robbins, 37, of Stockton Springs, aggravated assault, domestic violence assault, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Adam J. Littlefield, 31, of Winterport, operating after revocation.

Dannielle R. Morin, 42, of Belmont, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Nacoma P. Noomyenooneam, 18, of Stockton Springs, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Nehemias M. Umana, 31, of Winterport, domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime or injury, and violation of conditions of release.
