BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 12-18. 

Alex Small, 43, of Bangor, probation violation in Winterport Jan. 20, 2019, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Lawrence Sequeria, 58, of Burnham, two counts of failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Burnham March 18, 2024, and July 29, innocent on both counts.

Shane A.M. Milliard, 33, of Thomaston, violating a condition of release in Brooks April 7, 2024, dismissed. 

Elyza-Star Page, 19, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast Aug. 12, $200 fine. 

Michael Ripley, 56, of Little Deer Isle, domestic violence aggravated assault in Montville Nov. 30, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Montville Nov. 30, dismissed.

Harmony S. Tolle, 43, of Swanville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Swanville Oct. 20, $750 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 22, $150 fine and $23.62 restitution. 

Jacob E. Sampson, 54, of Searsport, arson in Searsport Nov. 26, dismissed; two counts of reckless conduct in Searsport Nov. 26, one count dismissed, three years in prison with all suspended and two years of probation for second count. 

Anthony Hybers, 32, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 16, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine. 

Adam Mason, 45, of Bucksport, violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Feb. 11, nine months in jail; criminal trespass in Stockton Springs Feb. 11, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 21, six months in jail.

Cheryl Morin, 57, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 14, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 150 days, and $750 fine. 

Joshua Sykes, 45, of Jackson, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Jackson March 18, $400 fine. 

Patrick J. Bowe, 35, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Feb. 8, $250 fine. 

Wendy Macfee, 61, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 14, $500 fine. 

Samantha L. York, 32, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument in Searsport April 16, $500 fine and $300 restitution. 

Fred F. Adams III, 73, of Pittsfield, attaching false plates in Burnham April 1, $100 fine. 

Brandon Connors, 29, of Clinton, operating a vehicle with expired temporary registration in Winterport April 4, $100 fine. 

Jason Trefethen, 47, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport April 20, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Winterport April 20, $150 fine. 

Meikel Jensen, 18, of Waterville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast April 6, $400 fine. 

Christopher M. Seekins, 32, of Belfast, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Brooks June 14, seven days in jail.
