The Town of Camden is asking the public not to drive to Pearl Street for trick-or-treating.  Pearl street is still under construction and will not safely accommodate a high volume of trick-or-treaters. 

“Please consider celebrating Halloween in your neighborhood this year,” the Town said. “We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we finalize this project.”
