TOPSFIELD, Mass. — Todd Miller, 46, recently of Portland, died unexpectedly on Feb. 21, 2016, from a heart attack. He will be sadly missed by his parents, Carlotta and Merlin Miller of Rockland; his brother, Christopher and his wife, Holley; his nephews, Spensley and Clay of New Orleans; his goddaughter, Isabella MacCaffrie of North Reading, Mass.; and his many friends.

Todd grew up in Topsfield, Mass., attended local schools, Glen Urquhart School and Tabor Academy, and graduated from Colby Sawyer College. He lived in Boston, working in the field of Information Technology for many years at Boston Children's Hospital and Boston Duck Tours.

Recently he moved to Portland and enjoyed working for West Marine and the Shalom House as a residential support provider. Todd had wide ranging interests, especially music, contemporary art and camping.

A gathering to remember Todd will be held on Sunday, April 24, at 11 a.m. at the Ipswich River Audubon Sanctuary in Topsfield, Mass.

Memorial donations may be made to the Shalom House or the Salem Jazz and Soul Festival.
