Rockport Police beat: Arrest warrant, inspection violations, speeding
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity March 12-20. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
March 12
Alex Henthorn, 20, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for speeding 60 mph in a 45 mph zone.
March 16
Colon MacArthur, 47, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for inspection violation.
March 17
Brian Smith, 49, of Frankfort, was arrested by Smith on a warrant.
March 18
Cristin Harvey, 24, of Searsport, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation; operating without a license in violation of restriction.
Jane Powell, 68, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Craig Cooley for inspection violation.
March 19
Nicholas Cohn, 27, of Camden, was issued a summons by Cooley for inspection violation.
March 20
Alexander Nimon, 31, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for operating without lights before sunrise after sunset.
