ROCKLAND – Rockland police reported the following activity July 1-31. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

July 1 

Amy Rackliff, 36, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for criminal speeding.  

July 2              

Coree Rimar, 33, of Rockland, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for smoking in a vehicle with a child inside.              

Antonio Baudanza, 20, of South Thomaston, was charged by Sgt. Don Finnegan with operating after suspension. 

July 3              

Candice Williams, 30, of Cushing, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating under the influence.              

Christine Elliott, 51, of Washington, was cited by K. Smith for speeding.              

Andrew McNeaney, 24, of Rockland, was cited by Officer Alex Gaylor for expired inspection sticker.               

Albert Fogg Jr, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release.              

Jesse Grinnell, 26, of Lincolnville, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release.  

July 11              

David Flis, 58, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for expired inspection sticker. 

July 12              

Connor MacLelland, 20, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Addison Cox with violating a protective order. 

July 13              

Adam Grierson, 30, of Boothbay Harbor, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano on a warrant. 

July 14              

James Wilson, 57, of South Thomaston, was cited by Cox for failing to stop at a red light.               

Joseph Robles, 23, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with violating conditions of release.  

July 15              

Kaela Bennett, 22, of Rockland, was arrested by Detective Joel Neal for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. 

July 16 

Leanna Spear, 32, of Camden, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.               

Amanda Corey, 20, of Augusta, was cited by Gaylor for failing to register a motor vehicle.  

Mark Reed, 23, of Waldoboro, was cited by Gaylor for expired inspection sticker.  

July 17              

Spencer Dudley, 30, of Portland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.              

Jermaine Davis, 41, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release.               

Carl Gross, 30, of Vinalhaven, was arrested by Gaylor for domestic violence assault.  

July 18 

James Main, 31, of Union, was charged by Gaylor with operating after suspension.  

July 20              

Nicholas Lincoln, 61, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant. 

July 21 

Kyle Murdock, 27, of St George, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence.              

Kayla Gushee, 27, or Rockport, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.               

Albert Fogg Jr, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox for violating conditions of release.  

July 22              

Thomas Sawyer, 18, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with possession of alcohol by a minor.              

Female, 17, was charged by Shirey with possession of alcohol by a minor.               

Christian Wall, 18, of Rockland, was charged by Shirey with possession of alcohol by a minor. 

July 23              

Chase Staples, 20, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey for violating conditions of release.              

Male, 16, was charged by Gaylor with operating a motor vehicle without a license, failing to stop for a red light.               

Briannah Parlin, 25, of South Thomaston, was arrested by Gaylor for assault and violating conditions of release.  

July 24             

Sheldon Lavway, 18, of Union, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating without a license, charged with illegal transportation of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana.               

Female, 15, was charged by Gaylor with possession of alcohol by a minor.               

Amber Stover, 28, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for domestic violence assault. 

July 25

Brandon Kavanagh, 31, of Warren, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

July 26              

Tyler Philbrook, 28, of Rockland, was charged by Shirey with criminal trespass and criminal mischief.               

Kenneth Wooster, 43, of Rockland, was charged by Officer John Bagley with violating conditions of release. 

July 27              

Kimberly Powell, 38, of Mountain Home, Ark., was arrested by Cox for operating under the influence, charged with possession of marijuana.               

Collin Marshall, 19, of Bristol, Conn., was arrested by Shirey for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, operating without a license and charged with illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor.       

Marcia Kenney, 44, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano on warrants. 

July 28 

Montgomery Winchenbach, 38, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.              

Laura Davis, 38, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with operating after suspension.              

John Mathieson, 71, of Rockland, was arrested by Bagley for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.          

July 29             

Ashley Sawyer, 29, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.

Richard Campbell, 48, of Jefferson, was charged by Gaylor with possession of a scheduled drug. 

July 31 

Samuel Bakley, 25, of Camden, was charged by Gaylor with possession of marijuana and a seatbelt violation.
