ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court in Rockland from Jan. 18-22.

Eric Benson, 32, of Warren, aggravated operating after revocation, priors, four months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Michael Carver, 37, of Owls Head, theft by deception, dismissed.

Samuel Simmons, 20, of Spruce Head, manslaughter, 12 years in jail, probation four years; aggravated driving to endanger, $575 fine, nine months in jail, license suspended two years.

Sarah Stalcup, 34, of Cushing, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended, probation two years, $1605.00 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, ten month in prison $1605.00 restitution.

Charles A. Ugro, 52, of Milford, probation violation for original conviction of gross sexual assault, four counts, 50 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
