Knox County Superior Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from July 27-31.
Christopher M. Brown, 35, of Whitefield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, $600 fine, 21 days in jail.
Mitchell McNeil Carney, 25, of Thomaston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, cultivating marijuana, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of property, all dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Daeshawn McDonald, 24, of New York, N.Y., aggravated trafficking of schedule W drug, $400 fine, four years in prison; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed.
Paula McMahon, 55, of Falmouth, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; violating condition of release, $250 fine; operating under the influence, dismissed.
Benjamin Rankin, 29, of Camden, probation violation, original conviction for burglary, 80 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Kristina R. Rowe, 44, of South Thomaston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, probation one year; assault, 48 hours in jail; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 48 hours in jail.
James Earl Stratton, 40, of Winthrop, probation violation, original conviction for unlawful sexual contact, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Kimberly A. Vieira, 41, of Rockport, assault on an officer, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years.
Michele L. White, 41, of Portland, trafficking in prison contraband, one year in jail all suspended, probation one year.
Andrew Williams, 24, of Warren, probation violation, original conviction of burglary, 74 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; probation violation, original conviction of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail.
