ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from March 21-April 1.

Superior Court

Ashley Clark, 31, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; operating under the influence, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, seven days in jail.

Gabriel P. Payor, 22, of Winthrop, aggravated criminal mischief, two years in jail with all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, $5,000 restitution.

Amanda M. Simmons, 41, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence, $1,000 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 90 days in jail, license suspended 30 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 90 days in jail.

Christopher Stalcup, 45, of South Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.

Rockland District Court

Scott A. Smith, 31, of Camden, obstructing report of a crime, 21 days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 21 days in jail.
