Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from March 14-23.
Superior Court
Samantha Carter, 26, of Holden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, no sentence imposed.
Kurt C. Olesch, 30, of Tenants Harbor, operating after suspension-accident with death, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, guilty, $250 fine, 90 days in jail with all but five days suspended, probation one year.
Jeremy S. Stone, 42, of Montville, manslaughter, operating under the influence-death; leaving the scene of motor vehicle accident/aggravated, dismissed; attaching false plates, dismissed. Sentencing hearing on April 28 for manslaughter and operating under the influence charges.
Rockland District Court
Stephen M. Goetz, 56, of Orlando, Fla., operating vehicle without a license, $200 fine.
