Jacob Butman, 21, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, fine $750, license suspended 30 days; failing to make oral or written or accident report, dismissed.

Jeremiah Carlton, 31, of Washington, attaching false plates, fine $150.

Matthew S. Catalano, 34, of Cushing, motor vehicle speeding 30 plus miles over the speed limit, fine $500.

Lisa A. Chebultz, 44, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; failing to stop for an officer, 48 hours in jail.

Alton Cobb, 48, of Rockland, aggravated criminal trespass, five years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years; assault, fine $300, suspension $300, six months in jail; domestic violence terrorizing, six months in jail; terrorizing, six months in jail; criminal mischief, six months in jail.

Jacob A. Emerson-Dare, 22, of Appleton, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Teel J. Foster, 42, of Rockland, negotiating a worthless instrument, fine $250, restitution $102.86.

Andrew R. Griffin, 27, of New Harbor, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, fine $350.

Thomas R. Kelly, 56, of West Burke, Vt., operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $1000, license suspended 150 days.

Alicia R. Johnston, 22, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, fine $500.

Noah I. Klewin, 21, of Montville, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, fine $500; driving to endanger, dismissed; minor consuming liquor, fine $250; use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Desirae Larrondo, 23, of South Thomaston, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, fine $350.

Ryan R. Ludwig, 25, of Thomaston, failing to make oral or written accident report, seven days in jail; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, seven days in jail.

Andrew McLain, 19, of Rockland, violating condition of release, three counts, 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property, 90 days in jail; operating vehicle without license, 90 days in jail.

Robert W. Nelson Jr., 56, of Tewksbury, Mass., operating vehicle without license, fine $250.

Donald Prior, 43, of Bremen, criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Timothy Sandblom, 58, of Rockland, criminal trespass, fine $150.

Kristina D. Winchenbach, 38, of Waldoboro, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two counts, six years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years.
