Eliot T. Boyce, 45, of Warren, aggravated assault, dismissed; assault, fine $300, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

Christopher D. Clancy, 23, of Rockland, violating condition of release, fine $400.

Kegan Oak Collins, 37, of Warren, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, prior, fine $750.

Catherine A. Cooper, 54, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, fine $600, 96 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; operating without a license, 48 hours in jail.

Gail M. Degrasse, 57, of Cushing, littering, fine $100.

Craig A. Doucette, 36, of Union, littering, fine $100.

Jessica L. Drinkwater, 29, of Rockland, theft of services, 48 hours in jail.

Linda J. Elliot, 59, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, fine $700, 10 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

James Flaherty, 44, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $600, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; carrying concealed weapon, dismissed.

Michael A. Gagne, 29, of Washington, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, fine $350.

Kathy L. Grierson, 27, of Union, littering, fine $100.

Jesse Kampegaard, 45, of Union, failing to produce permit, fine $50.

George A. Lebourdias, 50, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, fine $700, 364 days in jail with all but four months suspended, probation one year, license suspended, three years, registration suspended; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; failure to surrender license or certificate, 30 days in jail.

Brandon P. Lee, 30, of Warren, trafficking in prison contraband, 18 months in prison; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
