Robert Emery III, 36, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thomaston Jan. 20, 2019, dismissed; violating condition of release in Thomaston Jan. 20, 2019, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Thomaston Oct. 18, 2018, dismissed.

Joshua Hooper, 31, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Tenants Harbor Dec. 18, 2019, $250 fine; failing to stop for an officer in Tenants Harbor Dec. 18, 2019, 48 hours in jail.

Andrew McLain, 22, of Thomaston, violating condition of release in Owls Head Nov. 14, 2019, 60 days in jail; probation violation for original conviction of domestic violence assault in Owls Head Dec. 23, 2018, nine months in jail, probation revoked; trafficking in prison contraband in Rockland Dec. 31, 2018, 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Dec. 31, 2018, $400 fine.

Paula Lea McMahon, 59, of Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, in Thomaston May 28, 2018, $1000 fine, suspended $1000, three years in prison with all but nine months one day suspended, probation two years; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston May 28, 2018, 30 days in jail; possessing fraudulent license/identification card in Thomaston May 28, 2019, 30 days in jail; failure to comply with order in Rockland July 25, 2018 and Sept. 9, 2018, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 9, 2018, 30 days in jail.

Jaynee L. Merrill, 67, of Camden, operating vehicle without license in Rockport Oct. 26, 2019, $150 fine.

Tylor Miller, 24, of Somerville, criminal mischief in Rockport Jan. 19, 2019, three months in jail, restitution $921.58.

Hayden Ratner, 31, of Unity, trafficking tobacco in adult correctional facility in Rockland Sept. 14, 2019, 90 days in jail.

Kaitlin M. Wallace, 31, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked in Camden Aug. 30, 2019, $250 fine, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release in Camden Aug. 30, 2019, 60 days in jail; operating under the influence (drugs or combination), no test, one prior in Hope Oct. 1 and Oct. 2, 2019, $900 fine, suspended $900, 60 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended; violating condition of release in Hope Oct. 1 and Oct. 2, 2019, 60 days in jail.

Christopher T. Woodard, 33, of Bucksport, domestic violence terrorizing in Camden March 11, 2019, 364 days in jail with all but 28 days suspended, probation two years.

Zechariah Yaw, 23, of Warren, domestic violence assault in Rockport Nov. 16, 2019, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years; obstructing report of a crime in Rockport Nov. 16, 2019, dismissed; violating condition of release in Rockport Nov. 16, 2019; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Dec. 22, 2018, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days.
