William L. Beckim, 37, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Sept. 13 2009, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Sept. 13, 2009, $250 fine; failure to register vehicle in Rockland Sept. 13, 2019, dismissed.

Joshua Benner, 31, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland July 11, 2019, $400 fine, seven days in jail.

Victoria Burns, 32, of Appleton, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area in Cushing Aug. 13, 2019, $500 fine.

Shannon Cochrane, 43, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI in Rockport Sept. 9, 2019, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended three years.

Linda M. Delso, 58, of Union, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Nov. 4, 2019, $250 fine, restitution $79.64.

Samuel J. Elwell, 22, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Sept. 6, 2019, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release on Vinalhaven Sept. 23, 2019, 48 hours in jail; failure to register vehicle on Vinalhaven Sept. 23, 2019, $150 fine.

Melissa Griffin, 46, of Rockland, impersonating a public servant in Rockland March 7, 2019, dismissed.

Kristina Hall, 33, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol) and driving to endanger in Rockland Feb. 15, 2019, both dismissed.

Melford K. Harvey, 29, of Knox, operating vehicle without license in Camden Aug. 26, 2019, $150 fine.

Kristin L. Hodgdon, 44, of St. George, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Sept. 9, 2019, $250 fine.

Matilda L. Hood, 21, of Biddeford, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Sept. 20, 2019, dismissed.

Emily Hyland, 26, of University Park, Pa., operating under the influence (alcohol) July 28, 2019, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Martin J. Kalin, 59, of Washington, D.C., operating vehicle without license in Camden Sept. 15, 2019, dismissed.

Jason A. Littlefield, 36, of Appleton, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area in Cushing Aug. 13, 2019, $500 fine.

Chayse MacDonald, 23, of North Haven, domestic violence criminal threatening and domestic violence assault on North Haven July 6, 2018, both dismissed; criminal restraint on North Haven July 6, 2018, $500 fine.

Reynolds, 67, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Union Sept. 20, 2019, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended; operating while license-conditions/restrictions in Hope Sept. 20, 2019, seven days in jail.

Randall I. Rickards, 61, of Rockland, aggravated criminal mischief in Rockland Dec. 28, 2018, dismissed; operating vehicle without license in Warren Sept. 10, 2019, dismissed.

Tyler C. Rodin, 38, of Cushing, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum in Rockland Oct. 29, 2019, $1300 fine.

Miranda Wotton Thayer, 29, of Dexter, violating condition of release in Rockland July 16, 2019, dismissed.

Francis L. Walsh, 55, of South Thomaston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Thomaston June 20, 2019, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Thomaston July 1, 2019, dismissed.

Jason Walter, 29, of Rockport, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions in Owls Head Sept. 14, 2019, $500 fine.
