Camden Police beat
CAMDEN — Camden Police reported issuing 14 traffic citations between June 1-Aug. 3. Of the traffic citations, seven were issued for speeding, one for an expired inspection sticker, two for expired registrations, one for studded tires, two for insurance violations and one for failure to stop at a stop sign. In addition to the traffic infractions, Camden Police reported 14 summonses and two arrests including the following activity.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.
June 4
William Glover, 38, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Entwistle for dog at large.
June 6
Carol M. Morrison, 60, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Lucas Verrier for furnishing/allowing consumption of liquor by prohibited persons.
June 9
A juvenile was issued a summons by Officer Brook Hartshorn for criminal mischief.
June 12
Kathleen A. Dullea, 55, of Camden, was issued a summons by Verrier for furnishing/allowing consumption of liquor by prohibited persons.
Jonathan W. King, 40, of Camden, was issued a summons by Verrier for operating under the influence.
June 15
A juvenile was issued a summons by Hartshorn for criminal mischief.
June 23
A juvenile was issued a summons by Sgt. Wes Butler for possession of liquor by a minor.
July 1
A juvenile was issued a summons by Butler for carrying a passenger beyond interim license.
July 3
Hugh Craney, 53, of Thomaston, was issued summonses by Officer Mark Bennett Jr. for operating under the influence and seat belt violation.
July 8
Daylene Stevens, 54, of Camden, was issued a summons by Butler for violating condition of release.
July 11
Jeffrey Jordan, 65, of Charleston, R.I., was issued a summons by Verrier for operating under the influence.
July 17
Britt Gimlewicz, 55, of Camden, was issued a summons by Butler for operating under the influence.
July 20
Stephen Durrell, 69, of Camden, was arrested by Verrier for domestic violence assault.
Aug. 3
David L. Fogg, 41, of Hudson, was arrested and also issued summonses by Bennett for operating under the influence and operating without license in violation of condition/restriction.
