Camden Police beat: Drug possession, shoplifting, OUI
CAMDEN — Camden police reported the following activity from July 2-29. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
July 2
Alison Rief-Turnbull, 54, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Sam Butler for failure to produce insurance.
July 3
Herbert Manalang, 21, of Spruce Head, was issued a summons by S. Butler for operating after suspension.
July 4
Aaron Thayer, 21, of Carmel, was issued a summons by S. Butler for a defective vehicle.
July 5
John Power, 58, of Hope, was issued a summons by Sgt. John Tooley for theft/shoplifting.
July 8
Dominic Gioia, 36, of Camden, was issued a summons by Detective Curt Andrick for endangering the welfare of a child and issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug.
July 13
Zayne Snyder, 18, of Northport, was issued a summons by S. Butler for operating with an intermediate license between 12 and 5 a.m.
Aaron Thayer, 21, of Carmel, was issued a summons by S. Butler for not wearing a seat belt.
July 14
Philicia Kinney, 40, of Searsport, was issued a summons by Officer Allen Weaver for producing evidence of insurance not in effect.
Michael Gasser, 32, of Camden, was issued a summons by Weaver for failure to produce insurance.
Gerald Weed, 29, of Belmont, was arrested by Sgt. Dan Brown on a warrant from Maine State Police and issued a summons for operating after suspension and failure to produce insurance.
July 15
Randy McKee, 25, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Officer Wesley Butler for operating under the influence.
Jason Fogg, 26, of Warren, was arrested by W. Butler for violating conditions of release and issued a summons for assault.
July 17
Andrew Salisbury, 26, of Readfield, was arrested by Tooley for operating under the influence.
July 19
Madison McIntosh, 29, of Warren, was issued a summons by S. Butler for operating without a license.
16-year-old male, of Camden, was issued a summons by S. Butler for unnecessary acceleration noise.
July 23
Michelle Randall, 52, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Weaver for speeding.
July 26
Jessica Drinkwater, 30, of Thomaston, was arrested by W. Butler on a warrant for failure to appear.
July 27
Ross Anthony, 33, of Jefferson, was issued a summons by W. Butler for invalid inspection and failure to produce insurance.
Gregory Rogerson, 35, transient, was arrested by W. Butler on a probation violation.
Stephen Widdecomb, 23, of Rockland, was issued a summons by S. Butler for operating a defective vehicle.
July 28
Leon Smith, 45, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.
July 29
Richard Bragan, 46, of Camden, was arrested by S. Butler for operating under the influence.
