Camden Police beat: Criminal speeding, operating under the influence, insurance violations
CAMDEN — Camden police reported the following activity May 5-26. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
May 5
Beth Woodbury, 45, of Union, was issued a summons by Officer Allen Weaver for failure to stop at a stop sign.
May 8
Kieran Lydon, 17, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Samuel Butler for failure to produce insurance.
May 9
Brigitte Ziebell, 69, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Brook Hartshorn for speeding.
May 10
Amanda McConnell, 19, of Vinalhaven, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.
May 11
Andrew Merrifield, 24, of Knox, was issued a summons by S. Butler for speeding.
Timothy Kerr, 27, of Islesboro, was issued a summons by Weaver for operating after suspension and speeding.
May 13
Michael Semensi, 30, of Boston, Mass., was arrested by Officer Wesley Butler for operating under the influence and criminal speeding.
May 14
Donn Page, 67, of Boothbay, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.
Alyssa Ames, 20, of Cushing, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.
May 16
Melanie Roy, 41, of Searsmont, was arrested by S. Butler for operating under the influence.
May 20
Leith Lende, 61, of Colorado (no town or city listed), was arrested by Detective Curt Andrick and Sgt. Dan Brown for four counts of theft of services, arrested for three counts of violating conditions of release.
May 23
Juvenile, 13, of Camden, was arrested by Hartshorn for disorderly conduct and violations for conditions of release.
May 26
Melissa Stiles, 29, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by S. Butler summoned for failure to produce insurance.
James Zanca, 19, of Camden, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.
