Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity June 1-18.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 1
Derrick Roberts, 36, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Belmont Ave.
June 2
Alton Whitney, 44, of Bangor, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on School Street in Unity, stemming from an incident March 24.
June 8
Benjamin R. Bagley, 31, of Glenburn, was arrested for assault and criminal mischief on Bangor Road in Troy.
June 10
Justin D. Landers, 22, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Fort Knox Road in Prospect.
Nicholas Goguen, 38, of Waldo, was arrested for criminal trespassing and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on High Street.
June 14
Morgan Shutters, 31, of Belfast, was arrested for three counts of failure to appear.
