Hurricane Sandy round-up

The Midcoast made it through the storm with little more than some downed tree limbs and power and phone lines, and some coastal erosion. Tuesday morning has brought some continued, and new, power outages, as well as some road closures while crews work to clear debris.

In Hope, the town office is closed until power is restored.

Following is the National Weather Service forecast through the weekend and for the latest news, as well as a complete round-up of Hurricane Sandy stories, see the Related Stories sidebar box to the right.
