climbers? The Penobscot Bay YMCA
is seeking a dynamic and
skilled Climbing Wall
Coordinator to lead our climbing
wall program. This could be the
perfect position for you if you
enjoy helping others develop
their climbing skills at a
variety of ages and experience
levels! As the Climbing Wall
Coordinator, you will work
closely with the Director and
Assistant Director of Sports,
Camp, and Afterschool Programs
to implement high-quality
climbing programming. This
includes overseeing open climb
hours, designing engaging
programs, and ensuring a safe
and welcoming environment for
all participants.
