BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Sept. 8-15. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Sept. 9
Joey Leeman, 51, of Palermo, was arrested for (two counts) of failure to appear and violating conditions of release.
Miranda A. Hurd, 23, of Liberty, was issued summonses for assault, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass on Trues Pond Road in Liberty.
Sept. 10
Stephen Larrabee, 45, of Waldo, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and failure to register a motor vehicle on Belfast Road in Knox.
Devin B. Richards, 28, of Searsport, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Howard Road in Belmont.
Alexander J. Cunningham, 20, of Belmont, was issued a summons for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor on Dicky Mill Road in Belmont.
Sept. 11
Amy L. Harvey, 47, of Jackson, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Valley Road in Brooks.
Sept. 13
Allen Hurd, 29, of Liberty, was arrested for domestic violence aggravated assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, obstructing the report of a crime, and aggravated criminal mischief on Trues Pond Road in Liberty.
Christopher Cherry, 23, of Waldo, was arrested for failure to appear.
