WALDOBORO — Registrations for the 2017 Waldoboro youth soccer program are being accepted at the Waldoboro Recreation Department through Friday, Sept. 8.

A final registration session will be held at the Waldoboro Town Office (1600 Atlantic Highway) on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Due to scheduling, uniform orders and roster management, registrations will not be accepted after this date, according to a press release. 

The program is open to boys and girls entering kindergarten through sixth grade in Waldoboro and surrounding communities. There are three divisions of play: K-2nd grade meet from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Medomak Valley on Saturday mornings beginning Sept. 23. 3rd/4th grade and 5th/6th grade practices begin week of Sept. 11. Cost of the program is $25 per player for Waldoboro residents and $35 for all others.
