Waldo County Superior Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court Aug. 25-Sept. 18.

    Cierra Cassidy, 22, of Belfast, robbery in Swanville July 1, 2012, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation and $167 restitution.

    Michael E. Ellis Jr., 28, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs July 16, 2013, dismissed; theft by deception Stockton Springs July 16, 2013, dismissed.

    Joseph McCusker, 58, of Center Conway, N.H., operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 20, 2013, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $600 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Oct. 20, 2013, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast Oct. 20, 2013, seven days in jail; domestic violence assault in Belfast Oct. 20, 2013, 53 days in jail; reckless violation of a protective order in Belfast Oct. 20, 2013, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Oct. 20, 2013, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Belfast (four counts, dates: Oct. 25, 2013, Nov. 2, 2013, Nov. 4, 2013 and Nov. 6, 2013), dismissed.

    Chad M. Montminy, 58, of Waldo, operating after habitual offender revocation in Waldo April 26, 30 days in jail and $1,500 fine.

    Brandon M. Oxton, 31, of Northport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Northport June 8, 2012, three months, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Northport April 30, three months, 15 days in jail and $400 fine.

    Daniel S. Cunningham, 30, of Morrill, probation violation in Morrill May 1, 2004, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Constance M. Ethier, 45, of Searsport, probation violation in Belfast June 19, 2013, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Nathan T. Lanphier, 33, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Belfast July 5, two years in prison with all but eight months suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for six years and $1,100 fine.
