BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 7 - 22.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 7

John E. Sittnick, 68, of Brewer, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Goshen  Road in Winterport.

July 13

Lawrence Caldwell, 58, of Knox, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Bailey Road in Knox. 

July 14

Kenneth L. Keller, 63, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful sexual touching on Route 3 in Searsmont, stemming from an incident Aug. 23. 

July 15

John Z. Carter, 77, of Tuscon, Arizona, was issued a summon for exceeding the speed limit by 30+ mph on Route 1A in Winterport. 

July 17

Devin K. Landers, 24, of Monroe, was arrested for operating under the influence on Bog Road in Jackson. 

Winifred Cates, 52, of Unity, was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and violating a condition of release in Unity. 

Tiara Skillings, 20, of Stockton Springs, was arrested on a warrant.
