BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Oct. 27 - Nov. 7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Oct. 27

Stephen A. Smith, 27, of Brooks, was arrested for violating conditions of release in Unity, tampering with a victim and violating a protective order.

Lillian C. Spencer, 27, of Freedom, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 203 in Brooks and also issued a summons for operating an unregistered vehicle (150-plus days).

Cheyanne S. Nowak, 26, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.

Oct. 28

Eric T. Peer, 30, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street in Stockton Springs.

Mary I. Doloff, 20, of Monroe, was issued a summons for speeding 59 mph in a 45 mph zone in Monroe.

Oct. 30

David H. Clarke, 76, of Searsmont, was arrested for aggravated domestic assault and obstructing the report of a crime on School Street in Searsmont.

Oct. 31

Deputy Jordan Tozier responded to the scene of a single vehicle accident on Penney Road in Montville, where the vehicle reportedly lost power for an unknown reason, then caught fire. The vehicle was towed.  There were no injuries.

Nov. 1

Timothy D. Martin, 22, of Winslow, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Priairie Road in Unity.

Nov. 2

Deputy Jordan Tozier responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Bangor Road in Troy where the operator reportedly lost control of the vehicle due to snowy weather and snow being blown across the roadway. The vehicle struck a discontinued cut-off utility pole. The vehicle was towed. The operator suffered possible injury to one arm.

Kevin J. Kinney, 23, of Knox, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Web Road in Knox.

Nov. 6

Adam T. Reynolds, 39, of Searsport, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Route 1 in Stockton Springs.

Dennis I. Hall, 60, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Route 1 in Stockton Springs.

Kelly A. May, 40, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on South Main Street in Winterport.
