    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from May 5-11.

    Rebecca C. Rogers, 28, of Searsport, probation violation in Brooks April 13, 2015, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Alexander Avila, 23, of East Sandwich, Mass., operating under the influence in Unity Oct. 8, 2015, dismissed; driving to endanger in Unity Oct. 8, 2015, 30 days in jail and $575 fine; criminal mischief in Troy Oct. 7, 2015, dismissed; criminal trespass in Troy Oct. 7, 2015, dismissed.

    Scott D. Saucier, 50, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 22, 2015, six months in jail with all suspended, nine months of probation and $400 fine; cultivating marijuana in Belfast April 10, $500 fine.

    Wayne A. Curtis, 29, of Brooks, probation violation in Belfast June 6, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Troy W. Oliver, 18, of Monroe, operating without license (beyond conditions/restrictions) in Monroe June 17, $250 fine; driving to endanger in Monroe June 17, dismissed.

    Daniel A. Lane, 41, of Brooks, probation violation in Searsmont Aug. 22, dismissed.

    Albert J. Howard, 38, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault in Searsmont Aug. 22, dismissed.

    Mark A. Johnson, 28, of Belfast, endangering the welfare of a child in Belfast Sept. 4, dismissed.

    Harold E. Leathers Jr., 47, of Searsmont, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Unity Oct. 12, $1,000 fine.

    Morgan R. Mansfield, 24, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 5, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Edward J. Reardon III, 32, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., criminal mischief in Belfast Jan. 17, $250 fine; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Jan. 17, dismissed.

    Jeremy S. Sender, 46, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Feb. 1, nine days in jail; domestic violence assault in Belfast Feb. 11, dismissed; violating condition of release in Morrill April 18, 10 days in jail.

    William H. Nunn, 22, of Monroe, criminal trespass in Monroe Nov. 28, $150 fine; criminal mischief in Monroe Nov. 28, dismissed.

    Cristin R. Harvey, 26, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 4, $500 fine.

    Kyle K. White, 25, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont Jan. 7, 48 hours in jail and $960 restitution.

    Melanie Ryan, 51, of Winterport, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Winterport Feb. 18, $250 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Winterport Feb. 18, dismissed.

    Daniel A. Lane, 41, of Brooks, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast March 26, 60 days in jail; disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast March 26, 60 days in jail.

    Harmony Palmer, 28, if Searsport, disorderly conduct (loud noise/private place) in Searsport March 21, $200 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Searsport March 21, dismissed.

    Christopher W. Cunningham, 30, of Frankfort, criminal mischief in Frankfort April 25, 14 days in jail; violating conditions of release in Frankfort April 25, 14 days in jail.

    Joshua Mace, 29, of Searsmont, operating a vehicle without license in Belfast April 3, $200 fine.

    Haden F. Campbell, 25, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport March 29, $600 fine.

    Brandon D. Cote, 29, of Biddeford, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Belmont March 4, $500 fine.

    Matthew C. Flagg, 24, of Palermo, operating a vehicle without license in Searsport March 4, $200 fine.

    Abby Henson, 21, of Rockland, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Northport March 21, $200 fine.

    Anthony C. Philbrook, 42, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 16, $500 fine.

    Tammie J. Trimble, 46, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 18, $250 fine.

    Dean E. Willis, 71, of Belfast, misuse of the emergency 9-1-1 system in Belfast April 12, $400 fine.

    Louis Buttner, 62, of Thorndike, violating a protection from abuse order in Thorndike May 8, 48 hours in jail.

    Michael Lowe, 54, of Belmont, operating an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 19, $100 fine.

    Mario O. Pantoja, 19, of Belfast, minor transporting liquor in Belfast Feb. 3, license suspended for 30 days and $100 fine.

    William C. Ripley, 24, of Monroe, criminal mischief in Winterport Jan. 25, $200 fine and $2,750 restitution; driving to endanger in Winterport Jan. 25, license suspended for 30 days and $200 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Jan. 25,  $500 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Winterport Jan. 25, dismissed; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Frankfort March 19, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort March 19, dismissed.

    Derrick A. Trull, 27, of Unity, unlawful sexual contact in Knox Oct. 15, dismissed; unlawful sexual contact in Freedom Dec. 15, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Knox  Oct. 15, 364 days in prison with al suspended and one year of probation.
