Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from March 3-15.

    Andrew Smith, 37, of Thorndike, aggravated assault in Thorndike Sept. 14, three years in prison with all but one year suspended and three years of probation; domestic violence terrorizing in Thorndike Sept. 14, nine months in jail; obstructing the report of a crime in Thorndike Sept. 14, six months in jail; violating conditions of release in Thorndike Sept. 14, six months in jail.

    Justin Henderson, 29, of Burnham, domestic violence assault in Troy Nov. 11, 364 days in prison with all suspended and two years or probation; operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy Nov. 11, $250 fine; aggravated assault in Troy Nov. 11, dismissed; theft by receiving stolen proprety in Burnham Sept. 24, eight months in jail; criminal attempt in Belfast Nov. 15, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast Nov. 15, dismissed.

    Katherine Manchester, 30, of Belfast, probation violation in Searsmont April 2, 2015, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; theft unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 20, one year in prison with all suspended and one year of probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 29, 45 days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast Jan. 29, seven days in jail.

    Joshua W. Davis, 29, of Palermo, probation violation in Palermo Sept. 9, 2014, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation (14 charges) in Palermo (dates: Sept. 9, 2014, & Nov. 15, 2014) 30 days in jail for each charge; probation violation (five charges) in Palermo (dates: Sept. 17, 2014, & Nov. 15, 2014), five years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation for each charge.

    Mark E. James, 46, of Searsport, driving to endanger in Belfast Nov. 7,  license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 7, dismissed. .

    Christopher King, 29, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 10, 2016, $250 fine.

    Jonathan Marr, 33, of Lincolnville, fishing without a valid license in Palermo Aug. 31, $100 fine.

    Matthew McIver, 30, of Thorndike, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks July 24, two days in jail and $500 fine.

    Danielle T. Leland, 30, of Thomaston, fishing without a valid license in Palermo Aug. 31, $100 fine.

    Mariah K. Valliere, 32, of Jackson, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Jackson Nov. 7, $300 fine; domestic violence assault in Jackson Nov. 7, dismissed.

    Miranda L. Alton, 27, of Pittsfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham June 19, $300 fine; forgery in Burnham June 19, dismissed.

    James D. Kuhn, 31, of Troy, disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise) in Troy Nov. 15, 72 hours in jail; criminal use of explosives  in Troy Nov. 15, dismissed; reckless conduct  in Troy Nov. 15, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child  in Troy Nov. 15, dismissed.

    Wesley Canning, 57, of Frankfort, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Frankfort Nov. 30, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Frankfort Nov. 30, dismissed.

    Maya E. Doyle, 25, of Portland, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 26, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; operating without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast Nov. 26, dismissed.

    Bridget M. Sawyer, 24, of Searsport, assault in Searsport Jan. 9, $250 fine.

    Katherine Todd, 33, of Gardiner, false public alarm or report in Belfast Nov. 26, $500 fine.

    Shana Harriman, 30, of Montville, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 13, four days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $600 fine.

    Andrew Clark, 29, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Jan. 13, dismissed; violating condition of release in Belfast Feb. 23, 48 hours in jail.  

    Dennis M. Muldoon, 57, of Northport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Jan. 24, $400 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Jan. 24, dismissed.  

    Christopher R. Pariseau, 46, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Feb. 3, $750 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Jan. 11, dismissed.  

    Aisha R. Greenlaw, 26, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs Feb. 12, dismissed.

    Bruce Frank, 18, of Monroe, operating a vehicle without license in Swanville Jan. 12, $150 fine.

    Melissa A. Trice, 33, of Troy, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Troy Jan. 15, $200 fine.

    Jason P. Wilkie, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 2, $250 fine.

    William McCaslin, 68, of South China, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Troy July 31, $100 fine; criminal mischief in Troy July 31, dismissed.

    Thomas S. Mayotte, 28, of Surry, operating under the influence in Searsport Dec. 16, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Rebecca Hills, 32, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Winterport Feb. 27, dismissed.

    Michelle Clement, 36, of Belfast, violating condition of release in Belfast March 10, 48 hours in jail.

    Cameron C. Smith, 24, of Frankfort, failing to inform law enforcement of a concealed handgun in Belfast Aug. 28, $50 fine.

    Dakota K. Wing, 18, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor in Frankfort Jan. 27, $200 fine.
