Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Jan. 17 - Feb. 2. 

    Jade E. Cummings, 22, of Northport, probation violation in Swanville April 16, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; domestic violence assault in Northport Dec. 19, 30 days in jail. 

    Juniper Garvin, 24, of Jackson, driving to endanger in Jackson March 11, dismissed. 

    Nicole M. Kittelson, 43, of Searsport, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Searsport May 30, dismissed.

    Brandon Robillard, 28, of Morrill, operating without a license in Belfast Nov. 4, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast Nov. 4, $250 fine; violating a protection from abuse order in Morrill Jan. 25, 48 hours in jail. 

    Paul M. Lawrence, 45, of Brooks, violating conditions of release in Brooks Jan. 25, 72 hours in jail. 

    Douglas E. Noble Jr., 27, of Searsport, domestic violence terrorizing in Searsport Jan. 25, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence criminal threatening in Searsport Jan. 25, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation. 

    James B. Sprague, 66, of Morrill, unlawful cutting of trees in Palermo Oct. 1, 2015, $100 fine and $5,000 restitution. 

    Dean L. Redding, 50, of Bangor, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Stockton Springs Aug. 14, dismissed.
