Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Jan. 29 - Feb. 4.

    Shawn A, Adams, 38, of Belfast, violating conditions of release in Belfast March 8, 58 days in jail.

    Audrey A. Cook, 35, of Brooks, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast June 4, 60 days in jail and $400 fine; violating conditions of release in Belfast June 4, 10 days in jail.

    Wayne L. Curtis, 55, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast June 27, license suspended for 150 days and $400 fine; violating conditions of release in Belfast June 30, $250 fine.

    Emily E. Dyer, 20, of Stockton Springs, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast Feb. 2, $500 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 2, dismissed.

    Myles Gardiner, 61, of Brooks, violating a protection from abuse order in Books Jan. 28, 48 hours in jail.

    Jonathan R. Geagan, 21, of Bucksport, minor possessing liquor in Frankfort June 2, dismissed.

    Dylin P. Knight, 22, of Westbrook, carrying a concealed weapon in Belfast June 19, 60 days in jail; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast June 19, dismissed; operating under the influence in Belfast June 19, dismissed.

    David K. Laflamme, 46, of North Anson, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Monroe May 5, $300 fine; assault in Monroe May 5, dismissed.

    Philip A. Little, 36, of Belmont, violating condition of release in Belfast Jan. 25, five days in jail.

    Peter K. Nelson, 47, of Bar Harbor, failure to register a vehicle in Searsport Dec. 19, $100 fine.

    Richard Peavey Jr., 41, of Brooks, assault in Brooks June 25, $500 fine; assault in Brooks June 25, dismissed; terrorizing in Brooks June 25, dismissed.

    Kevin Reed, 48, of Ellsworth, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, six months in jail and $500 fine; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, six months in jail and $500 fine.

    Meisha Rice, 33, of Monroe, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast Oct. 25, dismissed.

    Francis Richardson, 20, of Swanville, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast Feb. 2, $300 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Feb. 2, $350 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 2, dismissed.
