Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Criminal Docket from July 30 - Aug. 12. The Unified Criminal Docket is a system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the district and superior courts by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

    Ira H. Bailey, 32, of Northport, criminal trespass in Belfast July 19, $300 fine.

    Barry Bryant, 40, of Waldo, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks June 17, $250 fine; operating under the influence in Brooks June 17, four days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $700 fine.

    Benjamin E. Bucklin, 38, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast July 4, $250 fine.

    April Campo, 24, of Lincolnville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Northport June 27, $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Northport June 27, dismissed; use of drug paraphernalia in Northport June 27, dismissed.

    Wendell Corey, 36, of Troy, use of drug paraphernalia in Waldo March 11, $300 fine; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Waldo March 11, dismissed; use of drug paraphernalia in Waldo March 11, dismissed.

    Harold D. Duprey, 31, of Unity, domestic violence reckless conduct in Belfast April 29, two years in prison, two years probation and $240 restitution; domestic violence assault in Belfast April 29, dismissed.

    Joseph S. Fisher Jr., 25, of Augusta, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Unity July 4, $350 fine.

    Chad Gray, 34, of Knox, keeping an unlicensed dog in Knox July 13, $50 fine.

    Christopher M. Hamilton, 36, of Searsport, harassment in Belfast July 7, $500 fine.

    Nicholas Hart, 29, of Prospect, eluding an officer in Frankfort May 28, nine months in jail; driving to endanger in Frankfort May 28, 30 days in jail, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Frankfort May 28, 30 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort May 28, 30 days in jail and $250 fine; violating conditions of release in Frankfort May 28, 30 days in jail.

    Heather J. Hersom, 42, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Searsport Oct. 18, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Justin A. Hopkins, 23, of Plymouth, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Troy May 27, $350 fine.

    Patricia A. Mason, 32, of Ellsworth, failure to register a vehicle in Searsport July 6, $100 fine.

    Nathan F. McCann, 28, of Bucksport, domestic violence assault in Lincolnville July 9, dismissed; carrying a concealed weapon in Lincolnville July 9, dismissed.

    Robert McKinney, 20, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast July 28, 10 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 28, 10 days in jail; burglary of a motor vehicle in Belfast July 28, 10 days in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast Aug. 4, 10 days in jail.

    Julius A. Melton, 22, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Belfast June 20, $150 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Belfast June 28, $150 fine.

    Christopher M. Moore, 51, of Frankfort, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Frankfort June 4, $200 fine; assault in Frankfort June 4, dismissed.

    Tracey Oliver, 38, of Monroe, reckless conduct in Monroe May 18, two years six months in prison with all but 70 days suspended and two years probation; aggravated criminal mischief in Monroe May 18, dismissed; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Monroe May 18, dismissed; criminal mischief in Monroe March 3, 48 hours in jail and $100 restitution.

    Lance M. Palmer, 45, of Searsport, violating condition of release in Belfast July 4, 30 days in jail; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast July 4, $350 fine.

    Lucas P. Perrigo, 31, of Belfast, violating a protection from abuse order in Frankfort May 13, 15 days in jail.

    Joey A. Philbrook, 29, of Knox, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity May 23, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity May 23, two years in prison and $1,000 fine; aggravated forgery in Unity May 23, dismissed.

    Albert D. Rhodes, 44, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast June 28, $300 fine.

    Peter M. Robbins, 37, of Stockton Springs, commercial shellfishing without a license in Prospect May 26, $100 fine.

    Tammy Roberts, 42, of Swanville, assault in Belfast June 22, dismissed.

    Brandon J. Seekins, 23, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport April 28, 90 days in jail with all suspended and two years of probation; driving to endanger in Frankfort April 29, dismissed.

    Elton S. Thornhill, 43, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport June 22, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating under the influence in Searsport June 22, dismissed.

    Ronald J. Travis Jr., 25, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 26, $500 fine.
