BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 18-31.

Joey A. Philbrook, 31, of Thorndike, operating after habitual offender revocation in Freedom May 4, 2017, 18 months in prison and $1,000 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Troy Sept. 15, 18 months in prison and $1,000 fine; violating condition of release in Troy Sept. 15, seven days in jail.

Ashleigh Goslee, 20, of Knox, operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport Feb. 17, 2017, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Searsport Feb. 17, 2017, dismissed.

Matthew P. Walker, 30, of Morrill, criminal mischief in Morrill May 4, 2017, dismissed.

Morgan P. Mansfield, 25, of Belmont, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast July 20, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast July 20, dismissed.

Sara Fairfield, 28, of Dexter, negotiating a worthless instrument in Stockton Springs March 23, 2017, $200 fine and $612 restitution.

Jack McEwen Jr., 32, of Sedgwick, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Montville May 29, 2017, three years in prison with all but three months suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast Feb. 9, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 9, dismissed. .

Gregory Grass, 57, of Belmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belmont Jan. 24, six years in prison with all but three years suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belmont Jan. 25, dismissed.

Alton E. Sutherland III, 35, of Richmond, operating while license suspended or revoked in Montville Feb. 2, $250 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Montville Feb. 2, dismissed; violating condition of release in Montville Feb. 2, dismissed.

Susan S. Dwyer, 72, of Thorndike, criminal trespass in Unity Jan. 9, dismissed; removing vehicle or a part without consent in Unity Jan. 9, dismissed.

Billy G. Knights Jr., 35, of Oxford, assault in Knox Feb. 26, 75 days in jail and $300 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Knox Feb. 26, 75 days in jail; robbery in Knox Feb. 26, dismissed.

Christina M. Perkins, 26, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 26, 24 hours in jail and $600 fine.

Victor O. Young, 62, of Searsport, criminal mischief in Searsport Jan. 18, $100 fine and $1,154.89 restitution.

Troy Applegate, 42, of Albion, violating condition of release in Monroe Jan. 24, $600 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Monroe Jan. 24, dismissed.

Melissa J. Bagley, 33, of Unity, forgery in Freedom Dec. 16, $250 fine and $817.18 restitution; theft by deception in Freedom Dec. 24, dismissed; forgery (four counts) in Freedom dates: Dec. 24, Dec. 26, Dec. 31, and Jan. 7, all dismissed; negotiating a worthless instrument (three counts) in Troy dates: Dec. 25, Dec. 26, and Jan. 2, all dismissed; negotiating a worthless instrument in Freedom Jan. 2, dismissed.

Susan M. Day, 56, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Lincolnville March 2, license suspended for 150 days and $800 fine.

Juan G. Melero, 56, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, driving to endanger in Searsmont April 7, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Searsmont April 7, dismissed.

Kyle B. Doughty, 23, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo Feb. 20, $500 fine.

Isaac Pollard, 28, of Palermo, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Montville April 20, $750 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Montville April 20, $300 fine.  

Tyler S. Augustine, 28, of Searsmont, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Searsmont April 23, $200 fine.

Matthew A. Colby, 32, of Belmont, failure to register a vehicle in Waldo Feb. 23, $150 fine.

Jesse D. Letourneau, 38, of Searsport, operating vehicle without a license in Belfast Feb. 12, $150 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast Feb. 12, $100 fine.

Melissa A. Berry, 53, of Troy, keeping an unlicensed dog in Troy March 24, $50 fine; keeping an unlicensed dog (two charges) in Troy March 24, both dismissed.

Frank Gottlieb Bennett, 57, of Bangor, use of drug paraphernalia in Searsport April 21, $300 fine.

Jaime E. Bachelder, 38, of Bangor, use of drug paraphernalia in Searsport April 21, $300 fine.

Daniel Jewett II, 30, of Montville, illegal transportation of an animal or bird in Montville Nov. 25, $100 fine.

Matthew N. Slater, 24, of Knox, entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally in Thorndike March 18, $100 fine.
