ROCKPORT — The Rockport Public Library will be hosting a Valentine's Day-themed Tea Party for families on Saturday, February 10, at 10:30 a.m.
Participants will be seated at decorated tables with specialty menus and supplies for creating homemade valentines.
A costumed café waiter will serve treats, drinks, and cookies provided by Cookies-To-Go!
