Jessica Shepard will teach a two-hour workshop in partnership with RSU 13 Adult Education on Saturday, Nov. 21 from 1-3 p.m., at the McLain School in Rockland. 

Understanding and Balancing Children’s Energy is geared towards parents, care-takers, and teachers alike. Participants will acquire tools to help to empower children to manage their behavior utilizing stretching, breathing, activities, and games.  

The workshop is open to adults interested in learning to look at behaviors through a different lens and explore the Chakra (energy) System.
