Two area teams qualify for lacrosse playoffs
The varsity boys and girls lacrosse regular seasons have concluded and of the three local teams, two teams from the Midcoast qualified for the playoffs.
On the boys side, the preliminary round will be played June 4, the quarterfinals June 7, the state semifinals June 11 and the state championships June 14.
On the girls side, the preliminary round will be played June 5, the quarterfinals June 8, the state semifinals June 12 and the state championships June 15.
Opening Round Playoff Schedules
In the Class B boys playoffs, seventh-seeded Camden Hills will host 10th-seeded Mount Blue in the preliminary round.
In the Class B girls playoffs, sixth-seeded Camden Hills will travel to third-seeded Greely in the preliminary round.
