Thomaston Police beat: Criminal OUI, theft, outstanding arrest warrants

    THOMASTON – Thomaston Police reported the following activity June 1-20. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

    McCabe Burch, 19, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Hast for speeding. 

    Dakota Green, 21, of Washington, was issued a summons by Officer Michael Blais for theft. 

    Penney L. Jones, 46, of Washington, was issued a summons by Blais for theft. 

    David M. Gibbons, 35, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Thomas Eagar for a seatbelt violation. 

    Garrett Burridge, 22, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Eagar for speeding. 

    Simon Cook, 52, of Thomaston, was arrested by Officer Olaf Sigaud for two outstanding warrants. 

    Christopher Andrews, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Sigaud for operating under the influence. 

    Craig Beal, 22, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Eagar for speeding. 

    Alison Chase, 29, of Rumney, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Kristal Clark for failure to appear. 

    Daniel Malburg, 50, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Blais for inspection violation. 

    Matthew Sabetta, 38, of Padro, New Mexico, was arrested by Clark for criminal operating under the influence. 

    Jared Lee, 25, of Union, was arrested by Sigaud for operating under the influence. 

    Shelly Hodgkins, 42, of Chelsea, was issued a summons by Sigaud for theft. 

    Michael MacDonnell, 26, of Camden, was arrested by Sigaud for a probation hold. 

    Rachel Borch, 19, of Hope, was issued a summons by Sigaud for theft.
