Rockport Police beat: Dogs at large, operating after suspension, speeding

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Dec. 31-Jan. 7. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Dec. 31

    Olga Stanley, 39, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for dog at large.

    Kristin King, 39, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for dog at large.

    Jamie Johnson, 46, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension.

    James Hill, 50, of Carmel, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for insurance violation.

    Ralph Richardson, 66, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Smith for operating an unregistered motor vehicle 30-150 days.

    Jan. 2

    Rebecca Laliberte, 38, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for speeding 66 mph in a 45 mph zone.

    Barbie Mattingly, 43, of Liberty, was issued a summons by Taylor for inspection and insurance violations.

    Jan. 4

    Jason Mathiason, 33, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension and violating condition of release.

    Robert Elwell, 55, of Damariscotta, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle 30-150 days.

    Jan. 5

    Kathryn Johnson, 24, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Shaw for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.

    Nicholas Bauer, 28, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Taylor for speeding 64 mph in a 45 mph zone.

    Jennifer Self, 34, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Shaw for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.

    Sarah Hood, 39, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension.

    Jan. 6

    Jedediah Schwalm, 38, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.

    Brian Carrara, 26, of Waldo, was issued a summons by Shaw for speeding 70 mph in a 45 mph zone.

    Tori Kenney, 38, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.

    Jan. 7

    Asher Woodworthy, 30, of Portland, was issued a summons for attaching false plates and violating conditions of release.

    Timothy Clark, 37, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation and failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.

    Shawn Pearse, 40, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for speeding 74 mph in a 55 mph zone.
