Rockland Police beat: Violating a learner’s permit, OUI, not securing a child in a car seat

    ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Jan. 17-31. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Jan. 17   

    Thomas McKay, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Labo for disorderly conduct. 

    Jan. 18   

    Zachary Barnes, 25, of Cushing, was arrested by Sgt. Don Finnegan for a probation violation.

    Ashley Benner, 33, of Warren, was arrested by Labo on a probation violation, charged with falsifying physical evidence.

    Troy Woodman, 34, of Warren, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating under the influence, violating conditions of release and possession of scheduled drugs. 

    Jan. 19

    Christiana Payor, 19, of Warren, was cited by Officer Alex Gaylor for violation of a learner’s permit.               

    Raymond Chang, 30, of Union, was cited by Gaylor for speeding. 

    Justin Wells, 36, of Friendship, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano on a warrant.                 

    Michael Willis, 32, of Spruce Head, was arrested by Solorzano on a probation violation. 

    Joshua Weaver, 31, of Thomaston, was arrested by Solorzano for criminal trespass and violation of conditions of release. 

    Jan. 20    

    Todd Knowlton, 33, of Thomaston, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for speeding. 

    Jan. 21    

    Raul Cantu, 38, of Robstown, Tex., was arrested by Redden and Gaylor for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.

    Jan. 22   

    Leana Hendrickson, 28, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release.

    Alexandria Hews, 18, of South Thomaston, was cited by Gaylor for operating while a passenger has an open alcohol container.

    Courtney Wilson, 36, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

    Jan. 26     

    Sophia Fuller, 70, of Belfast, was arrested by Finnegan for criminal trespass.

    Jan. 27     

    Christopher Billings, 27, of Rockland, was arrested by Solorzano on a warrant.

    Joshua Weaver, 31, of Thomaston, was arrested by Gaylor for aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release.

    Jan. 28     

    Tyler Smith-Campbell, 23, of South Thomaston, was cited by Gaylor for operating a motor vehicle with an open alcohol container.

    Jan. 29     

    Deborah Barnes, 56, of Newcastle, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.       

    Tiffany Burch-Scavetta, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

    Dakota Fulton, 19, of Rockland, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to notify DMV of address change.                 

    Kristin Leavitt, 32, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for failing to secure child in car seat. 

    Jan. 30 

    Andrew Pratt, 39, of Rockland, was charged by Solorzano with burglary, possession of burglary tools, carrying a concealed weapon and refusing to submit to arrest.
