ROCKLAND — Rockland District Middle School will be holding a gallery opening in the RDMS library Feb. 9, from 4:30-6:30 p.m., to celebrate the installation of our aquatic sculpture, which all RDMS students helped create.

Art works are made with recycled materials, aquatic themed, and presented in a larger than life aquarium. Light refreshments will be provided. Children must be accompanied by adults.

Heidi Locke has been teaching art for nine years in RSU 13. Heidi has been working to showcase her students work at RDMS for the past three months. Lily Hyde works in the library at RDMS. Lily is eager to show this display as well as some the children's poetry.

This will be followed by the RDMS concert at 7 p.m. in the gymnasium.
