The Medomak Riverhawks went 2-2 in competition against Oceanside in middle school basketball Thursday, Jan. 18.

7th Grade Boys Basketball: Oceanside 50, Medomak 46

Medomak held an 8-6 advantage after the first before Oceanside carried a 20-17 lead into the half. Oceanside held a 37-30 advantage after the third quarter and nailed seven of 12 freethrows in the fourth to secure the win.

“Noah Lawrence, Gaitlyn Bedenik, and Ivan Murphy played solid on both ends of the floor while Connor Light and Gavin Clark played aggressive in the post,” said Medomak coach Patrick Delahanty.
