4.  CMCA, Russell Ave, two levels: 9,325 square feet

5.  Opera House, Upper/Lower levels: 8,900 square feet

6.  Mid-Coast Medicine, 195 Union St: 7,013 square feet

7.  EBS, main building only: 6,150 square feet

8.  Shepherd Block,18 Central St, all levels, “living area”: 10,805 square feet

9.  Maine Sport, first floor (footprint): 12,572 square feet

10. State of Maine Cheese Co. building, first floor only: 9,500 square feet

11. Route 1 Interim Library site, 477 Commercial St: 4,850 square feet
