We know Senator Dave Miramant of District 12 (Appleton, Camden, Criehaven Twp., Cushing, Friendship, Hope, Isle au Haut, Matinicus Isle Plantation, Muscle Ridge Islands Township, North Haven, Owl’s Head, Rockland, Rockport, South Thomaston, St. George, Thomaston, Union, Vinalhaven and Warren.) is running for re-election.

What many do not know is that for over 25 years working in in District 12 on a grassroots level with individuals, community service groups, congregations, and those in business striving to help our communities grow and thrive - I have never known a more committed, informed, and involved community leader as Dave Miramant. I have never heard him talk think tank policy or make vague promises. I have seen him work quietly and consistently behind the scenes to make our area a better place to live for all of us. I believe it is very important for the healthy future of our district to re-elect Dave Miramant.
