ROCKLAND - The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from Feb. 6-24.

Superior Court

Jason Merrifield, 30, of Union, unlawful sexual contact, no sentence imposed.

Terry S. Perry, 43, of South Thomaston, probation violation, operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked.

Robert R. Rankin, 26, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, eight months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Kimberly A. Vieira, 43, of Rockport, probation violation, original conviction for assault on an officer, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Brandon Yeaton, 25, of Cushing, probation violation, original conviction for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Heath Yeaton, 39, of Cushing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 36 months in jail, $8646.05.

Rockland District Court

Steven Smith, 55, of Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed.
