ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from July 18-22.

Superior Court

Dalton Cross, 22, of Warren, aggravated assault, two counts, dismissed; criminal mischief, eight months in jail; assault, fine $300, 364 days in prison, all suspended, probation one year.

Michael Leon, 46, of Waldoboro, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two counts, dismissed; aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, fine $400, five years in prison with all but 28 months suspended, probation two years.

Jamie Earl Stratton, 41, of Winthrop, probation violation, original conviction of unlawful sexual contact, 20 months in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Rockland District Court

John Sampson, 44, of Augusta, operating under the influence (drugs or combo), fine $500, license suspended 150 days.
