Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from March 19-23.

    Carl D. Adams Jr, 36, of St. George, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Nicholas Adkins, 27, of Warren, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Stacy C. Bettler, 38, of Searsport, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles per hour over speed limit, $400 fine.

    Ernest Bowman, 66, of Warren, unlawful sexual touching, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, 45 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, administrative release one year.

    Travis Campbell, 38, of Warren, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    Courtney Costa, 24, of Union, unsworn falsification, $250 fine.

    Daniel F. Cushman, 32, of Searsmont, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    Brandy M. Hardy, 36, of Waterville, trafficking in prison contraband, one year in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

    Carrie F. Hedstrom, 40, of Camden, failing to make oral or written accident report, $150 fine.

    Chasity J. Keizer, 37, of Cushing, attaching false plates, dismissed; failure to register vehicle; failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    Brandon T. Kimble, 40, of Sanford, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $1000 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Margot Larkin, 57, of Warren, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

    Collin James Marshall, 21, of Rockland, attaching false plates, $250 fine.

    Molly Mellor, 23, of Thomaston, failing to make oral or written accident report, $350 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $350 fine.

    Curtis P. Noke, 58, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, seven days in jail.

    Terry Ott, 40, of Union, reckless conduct, 18 months in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation two years.

    Scott D. Rackliff, 42, of South Thomaston, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

    Jesse P. Reed, 43, of Friendship, engaging in activities while suspended, $500 fine.

    Devan Robinson, 31, of Warren, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

    Michael Roman, 31, of Union, probation violation for original conviction for theft by receiving stolen property, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

    Michael A. Roman III, 31, of Union, failure to comply with sex offender registry act, first offense, 45 days in jail.

    Mitchell T. Sawyer, 36, of Thomaston, molesting municipal shellfish gear, $500 fine.

    Jodi L. Schiller, 48, of Camden, operating vehicle without a license, $250 fine.

    Barbara Sever, 52, of Nobleboro, protective order from harassment violation, 48 hours in jail.

    Samuel George Thorndike, 24, of Rockland, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, nine months, one day in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.

    Zachary W. Titus, 33, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, two years in jail with all but five months suspended, probation two years.

    Jason R. Walsh, 35, of Laconia, N.H., probation violation for original conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Troy J. Woodman, 35, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, suspended $400, five years in jail with all but three months suspended, probation three years, restitution $1050.
