Kathleen A. Breen, 32, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Leo W. Brennan, 67, of San Juan Capistrano, Calif., indecent conduct, $300 fine.

Rodney Brooks, 30, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Rene R. Caguana, 25, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

James W. Davenport, 33, of Cushing, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, $750 fine.

Suzanne M. Dean, 59, of Tenants Harbor, failure to register vehicle, dismissed.

William L. Deane Jr., 41, of Thomaston, domestic violence criminal threatening, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year; criminal restraint, 30 days in jail.

Scott W. Delano, 31, of Somerville, operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.

Ronald Allen Harding, 43, of Owls Head, probation violation for original conviction of criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; probation violation for original conviction for aggravated criminal mischief, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Randy Heald, 37, of Jefferson, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

William Isaksen, 54, of Lincoln, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $1000 fine.

Austin T. Jackomino, 27, of Vinalhaven, failure to notify of motor vehicle accident, 48 hours in jail; failing to make oral or written accident report, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence assault, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked.

Virginia G. Johns, 73, of Camden, passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.

Aaron Johnson, 40, of Rockport, failing to make oral or written accident report, $500 fine.

Lynn M. Libby, 53, of Rockland, violating condition of release, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but four months suspended, probation two years; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Abigail E. Luick, 68, of Owls Head, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Keith A. Ludwig, 55 of Hope, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Arthur C. Marriner, 53, of Tenants Harbor, commercial shellfishing without a license, first, $316 fine.

Owen McGlamery, 31, of Camden, failure to register vehicle, $250 fine.

Samuel Meklin, 22, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Austin Merando, 19, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Richard P. Morgan, 70, of Union, out of door burning violation, $100 fine.

Chad Nickles, 19, of Owls Head, assault, $300 fine, 14 days in jail; domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation one year.

Kenneth Nguyen, 55, of Lincolnville, theft by deception, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

David Reed, 40, of South Thomaston, attaching false plates, $250 fine.

Timothy Sedgwick, 53, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.

Hartland Small, 28, of Vinalhaven, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine.

Randall J. Soule, 38, of Rockland, violating condition of release, two counts, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession hydrocodone, priors, $400 fine, two years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.

William R. Tassi, 21, of Camden, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Stacy Wadleigh, 48, of Vinalhaven, false registration of deer, $300 fine.

Hilary Amelia Walker, 23, of Vinalhaven, passing stopped school bus, dismissed.

Andrea M. Young, 58, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
