Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Dec. 11-15.

    Alan A. Adams, 48, of North Haven, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Dwayne Lee Ames, 55, of Rockport, probation violation, original conviction for operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, nine months in jail, probation revoked; assault, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years; terrorizing, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, three months in jail; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.

    Tiffany Ames, 46, of Lincolnville, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Brian C. Baker, 28, of Cushing, driving to endanger, $1000 fine, license suspended 30 days, restitution $862.56; failing to make oral or written accident report, $500 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $500 fine.

    Charles W. Benner, 64, of Eddington, stalking-serious inconvenience/emotional distress, dismissed; harassment, $500 fine.

    Kenneth W. Cox, 48, of Searsmont, theft by deception, five years in jail with all but 60 day suspended, probation two years, restitution $8249.99; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts, 60 days in jail. A Searsmont man who stole more than $20,000 from Home Depot during the nine months he was employed at the store, was sentenced Dec. 14 to five years in jail. Cox was convicted of stealing nearly $20,000 in store merchandise from Home Depot between April 2014 and January 2015. He used his credit card to buy the merchandise and then submitted returns for the items for store credit, without actually returning the items. Cox was arrested by Rockland Police in June 2015.

    Phyliss G. Davis, 58, of Warren, stealing drugs, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 72 hours suspended, probation one year.

    Robert R. Demmons Sr., 60, of Warren, indecent conduct, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

    Jessica E. Doan, 28, of Tarboro, N.C., operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Jeffery Drechsler, 55, of Sumerland Key, Fla., operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Aaron Hoyenski, 54, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol), $600 fine.

    Sean M. Hunter, 35, of Bremen, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

    William D. Jenkinson, 28, of Wiscasset, criminal trespass, $250 fine.

    Nancy L. Hartley, 55, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking ore transfer, $250 fine.

    Nicholase W. Hill, 26, of Hope, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Jamie E. Hillgrove, 47, of Rockland, keeping dangerous dog, $500 fine, restitution $1527.30; violating rabies prevention, Chapter 720, $100 fine; keeping unlicensed dog, $100 fine.

    Christian I. Hoch, 19, of Friendship, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Chasity J. Keizer, 37, of Cushing, criminal mischief, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Brandon T. Kimble, 40, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $1000 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Shawn J. Martineau, 24, of Madison, domestic violence assault, 15 days in jail; violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail; failure to appear after bailed, 24 hours in jail.

    Melissa A. Mason, 45, of Union, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

    Randy David McKee, 26, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Andrew McLain, 20, of Owls Head, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; 364 days in jail with all but 120 days suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Nicholas James Miller, 23, of St. George, failing to stop for officer, dismissed.

    Scott Nash, 33, of Plymouth, failure to stop, remain, provide information, $350 fine.

    Catherine Lee Neild, 53, of Warren, operating under the influence (drugs of combination), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Joshua Preston, 36, of Boston, Mass., operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Jezabel Salas, 45, of Camden, keeping dangerous dog, dismissed; allowing dog to be at large, $250 fine; violating rabies prevention, Chapter 720, dismissed.

    Eric Scheffler, 29, of Jefferson, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

    Barbara A. Shay, 54, of Tenants Harbor, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    Robert M. Shenett, 49, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 100 days in jail; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, 100 days in jail.

    Colton T. Watt, 20, of Vinalhaven, failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.

    Patrick Weferling, 22, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine; 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    William White, 50, of Belfast, failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine, $250 suspended; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, $250 suspended.

    James R. Wilkinson Jr., 27, of Jefferson, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Clayton E. Witham, 56, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $900 fine, license suspended 30 days.
