ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from April 10-14.

Cory W. Alexander, 38, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Douglas C. Anderson, 21, of St. George, molesting or disturbing lobster gear, $500 fine.

Christine G. Aston, 63, of Lincolnville, passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.

Leighton Beal, 19, of Friendship, minor consuming liquor, $300 fine.

Benjamin Benner, 42, of Rockland, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $500 fine.

Kurtis Rome-Bertrand, 23, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed.

Susan Blake, 68, of Rockport, assault, dismissed; criminal trespass, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Randall Blasius, 25, of Friendship, Class II lobster and crab fishing without license, $500 fine.

Sheldon E. Bryant, 67, of Thomaston, violating condition of release, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUO, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, seven days in jail.

Richard Butler, 37, of Rockland, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, three years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years, restitution $959.13; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Nathan Cleary, 19, of Thomaston, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Sharon Cross, 34, of Washington, violating condition of release, three counts,30 days in jail; operating under the influence (drugs or combination), $500 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Bailey Dates, 20, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Joshua W. Dean, 21, of Camden, furnishing liquor to a minor, $1000 fine. 

Kevin Donlin, 19, of Warren, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $150 fine.

Craig A. Doucette, 37, of Morrill, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), dismissed.

Kevin Dougherty, 46, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Zachariah J. Feld, 22, of South Thomaston, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, $500 fine.

Donald E. Fournier, 47, of Washington, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Kyle Godin, 41, of Spruce Head, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, $250 fine.

Jesse Grant, 23, of Cushing, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $400 fine.

Richard K. Harwood, 27, of Vinalhaven, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.

Edwin L. Ingraham, 43, of Union, operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.

Debra J. Larouche, 60, of Washington, attaching false plated, $150 fine.

Parker R. Lash, 18, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; operating without a license, $300 fine.

Michelle Libby, 45, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine; attaching false plates, $250 fine.

April Linscott, 26, of Lincolnville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two counts, dismissed; unlawful furnishing in scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation two years.

Ian McBride, 19, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

Lance McLain 50, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in prison with all but 90 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

Jammie L. Murphy, 39, of Hope, operating vehicle without license, $105 fine.

Samantha L. Nash, 25, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Nathaniel Parker, 18, of St. George, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Richard G. Payson, 63, of Warren, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 20 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, seven days in jail.

Carla J. Perkins, 33, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Sheanna Robbins, 36, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Ashley Rowe, 19, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Richard Alling Schneller, 64, of Rockland, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

Japheth L. Scott, 18, of Camden, passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.

Ashley R. Small, 33, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Gabriel D. Spradlin, 33, of Edgecomb, failure to register vehicle, $250 fine.

Samuel Tarbox, 24, of Spruce Head, violation of lobster crab fishing rule, Chapter 25, $250 fine.

Amber L. Thibodeau, 34, of Friendship, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Faylin Vitale, 22, of West Rockport, violating protection from abuse order, $250 fine, 24 hours in jail; criminal mischief, $500 fine.

Steven W. Wall, 43, of Thomaston, harvester fail to tag shellfish, $300 fine.

Carl Wardwell, 27, of Rockland, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles per hour over speed limit, $750 fine.

Daryl S. Young, 40, of Warren, probation violation, original conviction for unlawful possession of scheduled drug, four counts, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked; probation violation, original conviction of violating condition of release; operating while license suspended or revoked, fine $250, 30 days in jail.

Jasmine G. Young, 22, of Rockland, endangering the welfare of a child, $250 fine.

Edward M. Zona, 36, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.
