ROCKLAND — Joan M. Winchenbach, 95, died February 9, her 95th birthday. A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 11 a.m., at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 150 Broadway, Rockland. A reception will follow in the Parish Hall.
